I still remember as yesterday how I was accepted to the IMAN. 3 years ago there were countable job positions in the Data Field in Uzbekistan.
IMAN took a chance on me as a junior professional. Their belief in my potential has transformed into a journey of continuous learning and impact.
There were a lot of though challenges and many changes through these years and here is what I learned working in the Startap as the data person.
1. Data is the Key
No matter who you are and in which position you work, bring data and talk with the data. Every decision we make is backed by metrics, analysis, and insights that drive our success.
2. Being autodidact
Working in a startup taught me the importance of quick learning and implementation. The ability to pivot and adapt to changing circumstances has been invaluable.
In the fast-paced startup environment, being adaptable isn't just an asset - it's a necessity.
3. A-level expert
Shifting Mindset from “Thats not my JOB” to “This job is new to me”.
Through these years I tried myself in many position: Starting from ML Engineer to Risk Analyst, Data Engineer, Software engineer, Data Analytics, and finally Data Scientist.
This mindset has opened doors to countless learning opportunities and professional growth.
4. Collaborative Innovation
Working together, exchanging ideas, and being open to new viewpoints are all essential components of company success. Every team member adds a distinct perspective that contributes to our overall progress.
Looking ahead, I'm excited about continuing this journey of growth and innovation with IMAN.
