На сайте AFM указано, что сделка состоялась 17 февраля. Гейтс купил в общей сложности 3,76% акций: 6,65 млн лично и 4,18 млн через траст совместного с его бывшей женой Мелиндой фонда Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Сумма сделки могла составить порядка €848,2 млн ($902 млн), рассчитал Bloomberg на основе цены закрытия бумаг 17 февраля.
