Before Russia invaded Ukraine 'Hot Rod' was living a perfectly civilian life, working as a medic in Texas, US. But saving lives is not just a job — it's a calling. He knew that his skills are vital in helping those who oppose tyranny. He joined the International Legion of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine and became a part of an elite group of operators, who specialize in combat medicine — Med Team Alpha. But then the Russian invasion began and Grizzly headed to the front in Ukraine, thinking he needed to rush before it was over. 4 years later — he's still in the fight.

In this film Grizzly breaks down the brutal evolution of the infantry warfare since 2022. You'll see large cuts of uninterrupted combat footage from the Med Team Alfa, including a high-stakes rescue of a critically wounded soldier under heavy fire.
