Yermak and US Chargé d'Affaires discuss corruption, Russian aggression

The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, met with the US Chargé d’Affaires ai in Ukraine, Julie Davis, with whom he discussed the latest Russian massive strike and the topic of the fight against corruption.

"We focused separately on the topic of the fight against corruption. MFA invites lawyers of humanitarian NGOs to establish Platform for Progressive Development of IHL – advisor

Serial production of Ukrainian drones-interceptors of Shahed UAVs Octopus launched

Main water pipeline in Mykolaiv region to be reconstructed with EUR 3.6 mln grant from Impact Fund Denmark – Nefco

Svyrydenko: Govt proposes UAH 10.6 bln in subsidies for frontline areas, UAH 30.9 bln for territories that lost income

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the draft state budget for 2026 has provided additional funds for frontline territories: a total of UAH 10.6 billion in subsidies and UAH 30.9 billion to support territories that have lost income due to the full-scale invasion, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko announced following a meeting with the heads of regional military administrations of frontline regions.

Bill on expanding grounds for restricting citizens' travel abroad registered in Rada

The Verkhovna Rada has registered bill No. 14210, which proposes to expand the grounds for temporarily restricting the travel abroad of Ukrainian citizens.

General Staff records 265 combat clashes over day

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) recorded 226 combat clashes during the last day. The General Staff of the Armed Forces reported this on Telegram in operational information regarding the Russian invasion as of 08:00 on Saturday.

"The enemy launched two missile strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, using 23 missiles, and 52 air strikes, dropping 111 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out 4,239 attacks, 169 of them from multiple rocket launcher systems, and used 4,863 kamikaze drones to destroy them," the General Staff said.

During the Russian massive drone attack on Saturday night the Ukrainian Air Force shot down and suppressed two enemy missiles and 91 enemy drones, however, hits of one missile and 41 enemy strike UAVs were recorded at 13 locations, as well as falling debris at four locations.

As the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) reported on Telegram, on the night of November 15, the enemy attacked with three Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, as well as 135 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera types and drones of other types.

One of victims of shelling of Kyiv on Nov 14 dies; death toll reaches 7 – authorities

An elderly woman who was injured during the shelling of Kyiv by the Russian occupiers on the night of November 14 died in hospital on Saturday morning, Head of Kyiv City Military Administration Tymur Tkachenko said.

"Thus, the number of Kyiv residents killed by Russian terrorists is seven people. My sincere condolences to their relatives," Tkachenko said on the Telegram channel.

Units of the AFU Unmanned Systems Forces hit 653 enemy targets in a day, the force said in its Telegram channel as of Saturday morning.

NABU, SAPO serve petition for detention of former Dpty PM Chernyshov

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) served a petition for the former Deputy Prime Minister to be detained as a preventive measure, the NABU said on the Telegram channel on Friday (the message does not specify the name of the former official, but the name of the former position and the circumstances of the case give reason to assume that this is Oleksiy Chernyshov).

"According to the investigation, the former employee was among the visitors to the so-called 'money laundering operation,' a place where funds obtained by criminal means were legalized. This facility was under the control of the head of the criminal organization, exposed by NABU and SAPO the day before. Detectives documented the transfer of more than $1.2 million and almost EUR 100,000 in cash to the suspect and his proxy," the NABU said in the Telegram channel.

Ukrainian attack on Novorossiysk halts 2% of global oil supplies – media

A Ukrainian drone attack halted the export of 2.2 million barrels of oil per day from Russia's Novo refinery in the city of Novorossiysk in Krasnodar territory, equivalent to 2% of global supplies, Reuters said on Friday.

"The attack was one of the biggest on Russian oil-exporting infrastructure in recent months. It follows a ramping-up of Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries since August, part of an attempt by Kyiv to degrade Moscow's ability to finance its war. Global oil prices rallied by more than 2% on supply fears after the attack," the publication said.

Trump: 25,000 soldiers killed in Russian-Ukrainian war over month, I hope to stop it soon

U.S. President Donald Trump expressed hope for an end to the Russian-Ukrainian war in the near future by strengthening secondary sanctions against Russia, and reported that the number of deaths in it on both sides during the month reached 25,000.

A 65-year-old man died in Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk region as a result of attacks by Russian occupiers, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine said in the Telegram channel on Saturday morning.
