More rower outages reported in #Odessa and #Sumy regions of Ukraine. Sources confirm missile hits on power plants and distribution nodes. Rybar, adding an insult to an injury, asks why the AFU started shelling its own power plants all of a sudden. #breaking
Two main thermal power plants of the left-bank Ukraine are hit, a country-wide blackout is possible in Ukraine, as power grid management tries desperately to level to load after the loss of the generation capacities, #YURI reports. ▪️ Russian Forces have practically withdrawn their troops from the territory of the Kharkov region, including the north of the region. AFU control over #Volchansk, Velikiy Burluk (Bolshoy Burluk) and #Liptsy has been confirmed, but there are no Russian units left in other places. Volunteers are helping refugees in the border areas of #Belgorod region.
▪️ Units of the 60 OMSB Veterans held a corridor and separate positions in #Izyum until the last moment to ensure the evacuation of residents to areas controlled by Russian Forces.
▪️ The new front line runs along the #Oskol River, on the left bank of which the units of the Russian Forces are entrenched. The information actively disseminated yesterday about the further advance of the AFU towards the LPR was stuffed by Ukrainian information warfare liars.

Bad news already known presented in a brilliant Video by Rybar. The only good news:
▪️ In the evening, the Russian Armed Forces struck Ukrainian energy facilities with cruise missiles. Some of them hit Kharkovsʹka Tets-5, one of the largest heat power plants in the country. A large fire broke out on the site: the city of Kharkov, the Kharkov Region, and neighbouring regions were cut off power.
We present the Rybar Video with 15MB instead of 56MB.
