Hello my dear friends
Weather is amazing today ☁️
While returning back home I look at the moon and realize that it’s already half full. The street is calm, almost none is out except for a few people in their cars here and there.

I knock on the door and wait until someone comes and opens it. I wait and wait… seems everyone is in a deep sleep. Some of my neighbors wake up from my knock but none in my home. After a few minutes, it is opened and I enter the same room.

I start reflecting into me and today I’ll be looking at the quality of arrogance and looking down on people. Either I’m going to be harsh on myself and accept bitter truth or the day comes when the harsh ones show it to me and there will be nowhere to escape.

Me: Am I arrogant?

Well, is that even a question? It has to be a statement. You are arrogant, not to mention the fact that you talk to people based on their looks and manners.

When people criticize your or give feedback, it feels offensive and you get angry. Thus, I try to destroy them at all costs with my illusional arguments. Only to find the slightest proof that they are wrong and I’m doing the right thing. After it, there is a sense of satisfaction that arises making you look even more self righteous.

Do you still think that people have to respect you when you treat them with something other than that? Look at how complex you are, it turns out that even when you know that the other person has admirable qualities, the question that comes is “Why does he have it while I don’t?” then calming down process starts with finding your superiority over them in anything. Relief comes when you find it.

Are you satisfied? Now you have found that you’re better than them in that one thing at least. In fact, all your efforts are to prove that. Even when you say that you’re doing it for some other reason, deep inside you know that you are waiting for people’s approval and applause 👏.

What a weak illusional world you’re building around yourself?
By the way, the above posts aren’t the result of some problems I’m facing 😁. I’m doing pretty well.
I’m just trying to uncover the real me in this busy life through reflection and writing those reflections.
Hello guys
Why can’t I live the knowledge I have? (Part 1)

The best and the worst thing with our age is not lack of information, but rather having too much of it that we are not able to process it.

This leads to the next issue of not living the knowledge. Compared to any time in the history, an average human possesses considerably more knowledge than anyone in the past, but this significant consumption of information has become a priority for most of us. Maybe we have to slow down in gaining new information or we better revise what we already know and try acting upon it.

It’s common to hear that some of the scholars in the islamic history would learn not only Quran, but also many other books by heart. What does that mean? It means they weren’t constantly cramming new information. Rather, they’d keep reading the same thing until it was carved in their heart and mind. This type of knowledge is more likely to affect your subconscious mind. Given the fact that about 90% of our actions are controlled by subconscious brain, maybe the best way of learning is not knowing a lot, maybe it’s knowing certain things so we’ll that they’re ingrained within our instincts.

Could it hinder creativity? I doubt that. If you are able to read the same thing and derive different, previously unknown, insights. That itself is creativity.

Allah knows best.

@muallimsaid_blog
You know who to blame now 😁
If we actually were as people think we are, most of us would have wings at the back. Sad part is, i think, we’re neither close to people’s expectations nor close to the actual basic standards.

P.S. Here I’m referring to me when I say “we”.
Sometimes you’re unsure of doing certain things. But once the chance is there, you better not miss it.
Warm wishes to you

Have a blessed Eid
