Here are the 4 magic steps:

1) Acknowledge their urgency (Reconocer su urgencia): "Thank you for your email. I understand this is important."

2) Explain your situation briefly (Explicar su situación brevemente): "I'm currently finishing another project, but..."

3) Give a clear timeframe (Dar un plazo claro): "...I'll be able to get to your request by [time/day]."

4) Offer an alternative (Ofrecer una alternativa): "In the meantime, would you like to schedule a call to discuss this further?"

Example:

"Thank you for your email. I understand this is important. I'm currently finishing another project, but I'll be able to get to your request by tomorrow afternoon. In the meantime, would you like to schedule a call to discuss this further?"

The interview starts with: "Tell us a little about yourself."... ¿La mente en blanco?
Answer with these 3 steps:

1) Hook 'em fast (Enganchalos rápido): Briefly mention a relevant experience or skill.

2) Bridge to the job (Crea un puente hacia el trabajo): Show how it connects to the position you're applying for.

3) Highlight your strengths (Resalta tus fortalezas): Mention 1-2 key skills that benefit the company.

Example:

"I've spent the last 3 years leading social media campaigns for a tech startup. We increased brand awareness by 20%. For this role, I'm excited about using my creativity and data analysis skills to develop engaging content for your company's new product launch."

Keep it concise (Manténlo conciso) - 1-2 minutes is ideal.
