What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience as a 2D Env Lead for 2 years or more (AA/AAA projects)
Relevant portfolio with examples of work in a stylised Sci-fi style
Experience in developing a unified project style
Excellent skill in using 2D and 3D Pipelines to solve concept development problems
Ability to clearly formulate TORs for executors
High communication skills, experience in mentoring and developing employees
Ability to decompose and accurately estimate complex tasks
Strong understanding of 2D and 3D work plans
