Shift your focus from quantity to quality. Aim for productivity, not activity. Have standards so you stand out. Understand your core to achieve more. Free yourself of the accumulated garbage of 2023, or you may end up in the sewage in 2024. Talk to yourself more instead of listening to yourself. Read daily and benefit from mind transformation instead of watching junk on TV and suffering mind stagnation. Leave your comfort zone so that progress can come forth. Be intentional about your progress in 2024 because it won't happen accidentally
