❗Important Announcement❗
There was some issue with Inboxhour with import account and some campaign maybe not working.
To fix this:
1. Unlink / delete all your Facebook profile from Inboxhour dashboard. If you linked 2 account, then unlink all (one by one).
2. Try to import your Facebook again after unlink all Facebook profile.
Refer tutorial: https://help.inboxhour.com/getting-started/how-to-import-update-new-facebook-page
After this fix, only Facebook automation campaign is available. For Instagram automation, it will be available soon (eta 1-2 weeks).
Sorry for all these problems. If you have problem, please do contact support.

If you previously experienced difficulties when importing your Facebook Pages and they didn’t appear on your Inboxhour dashboard, we’re happy to inform you that the problem has been fixed.
You can now try importing your accounts again. The Inboxhour system is fully operational for managing auto replies and auto PMs for all your Facebook Pages.
