ضمن عرض خوش آمدگویی محضر شما اساتید گرامی، چند نکته مهم پیرامون این کانال و روند کاری آن برای شفافسازی به اطلاع رسانده میشود که لازم است همه اساتید محترم به این مطالب توجه داشته باشند:
• این کانال متعلق به آکادمی امام صادق علیهالسلام است. درخواستهای متقاضیان آموزش از آکادمی اعم از شاگردان، والدین، طلاب و ... از طریق این کانال منعکس میشود تا استاد مورد نظر بهسرعت شناسایی و ارتباط میان استاد و شاگرد برقرار گردد.
• اساتید محترمی که هنوز حساب استادی در پلتفرم آکادمی امام صادق ندارند، باید ابتدا حساب کاربری خود را ایجاد و تکمیل کنند:

• درخواستهای آموزشی که از مبادی مختلف (پلتفرم، شبکههای مجازی، ایمیل، پیامک و ...) به آکادمی رسیده است، در قالب فرمی اولیه همراه با مشخصات شاگرد و محتوای آموزشی مورد نیاز در این کانال درج میگردد.
• اساتید محترم با مشاهده فرم درخواست اولیه، در صورتی که واجد شرایط تدریس مشخص شده در فرم باشند، میتوانند با قسمت پشتیبانی تماس بگیرند.
• واحد پشتیبانی ضمن راهنمایی اساتید، هماهنگیهای بیشتری در خصوص امور مالی، طول دوره، سطح دوره، محتوای درسی، زمان و ... را میان متقاضی و استاد انجام خواهد داد.
• پس از توافق نهایی، استاد محترم دوره آنلاین مربوطه را در پلتفرم آکادمی ایجاد میکند تا متقاضی بتواند دوره را خریداری و ثبتنام کند.
• اولویت تدریس با استادانی است که سریعتر اقدام به ارتباط با پشتیبانی کنند. در صورت عدم توافق میان استاد و شاگرد، استاد بعدی در روند هماهنگی برای تدریس قرار می گیرد.

Requests for training from applicants, including students, parents, seminarians, etc., are forwarded through this channel so that the appropriate instructor can be identified quickly and communication between the instructor and student can be established.
• Esteemed instructors who do not yet have an instructor account on the Imam (peace be upon him) Sadiq Academy platform must first create and complete their account here:

• Training requests received through various channels (platform, social media, email, SMS, etc.) will be posted in this channel in the form of an initial request, including the student’s details and required educational content.
• Instructors who view the initial request form and meet the teaching requirements outlined in the form can contact the support team.
• The support team will provide guidance to the instructors and facilitate further coordination regarding financial matters, course duration, course level, content, timing, etc., between the applicant and the instructor.
• Once a final agreement is reached, the instructor will create the relevant online course on the Academy platform so that the applicant can purchase and register for the course.
• Priority will be given to instructors who respond to the support team quickly. If no agreement is reached between the instructor and the student, the next instructor will be considered for coordination.
