The satirical, comic work offers a vivid depiction of 19th-century middle-class life. It follows Elinor and Marianne Dashwood, sisters who respectively represent the "sense" and "sensibility" of the title.

One may argue that the most important thing in life is religion and reaching closeness to Allah by fostering a One on One relationship with Him; whereas others may argue that the means in itself to reach closeness to Allah is through this world.
We invite you to split into 2 teams to debate upon this matter to determine which is the best path to take!

As we conclude the remembrance of Arbaeen, we find it fitting to revisit the timeless lessons of Karbala. We sought insights from some of our youth on what they have learned and we hope to fulfill our duties as righteous individuals that embody these lessons in every day and age.

Today is the day of the shahadat of our beloved 2nd imam, Imam Hassan Al- Mujtaba (A.S) and the death of our beloved prophet, Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). Today we are heavily grieving their deaths and during this period we should remember the impact the Ahlul Bayt had on all muslims.
The Holy Prophet said:
“As the stars in the sky are the Source of guidance to the travellers, the Holy Ones of my Ahlul Bayt (The Twelve Imams) are The Source of Guidance for the people. And, as the stars will remain in the sky until The Day of Judgement, The earth will never be without a Divinely Guide from My Ahlul Bayt”.

On behalf of Imam Mahdi Youth, we send our condolences to all believers on the shahadat anniversary of our 11th Imam, Imam Hassan Al-Askari (A.S). He died at the age of 28 and was buried in Samarra, Iraq.
Remember that Imam Askari (A.S.) has said: "No one knows (the reality) of a blessing except the grateful, and no one is grateful to a blessing except the knowing".
