🤯In order to live in present time, you need to understand and then let go of your filters, patterns, other people energies, lineage patterns and clear your genetic tapes. The ones that are not at your service.
🧘🏻♀️Simple Practice to start the Path to Presence:
🤫To be in Silence.
😳How?
1-Be in any position you are comfortable with.
2-Close your eyes.
3-Have couple or more deep inhales through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
4- With your eyes closed sense the space that you are in.
5-Now just have your attention to your breath, that expansion and contraction of your abdomen.
6- Journal after your meditation 🧘🏻♀️
Remember baby steps: start from 5 mins to get to 1 hour and more.
