Understanding the Delmore effect to change our life. There is not written an author of this article but was mentioned American psychologist Whitmore who named the cognitive bias, in memory of Delmore. It explores how people tend to prioritise less significant but easier tasks over more important and challenging ones. This is behavioural tendency, known as Delmore effect. Overall, article provides valuable insights into why individuals put off the most important decisions and tasks. From my perspective, the article is quite informative and relevant to every human beings, particularly for students since they mostly struggle with time management and procrastination, additionally, they are basically getting distracted from indispensable task and focusing on less significant things in their life.
