historically, women were often sidelined from formal inventing and patenting. But they didn't stop creating.
they worked quietly and mostly invisibly to build the mathematical and logical structures we rely on today.
let’s celebrate the billions of women around the world, and those who made an impact on iGaming history

For 18 years I've built slots for other people.
Playtika. Playtech. Kama Games. Pop Slots. Wild Baba Slots. Hard Rock. 40+ studios.
I've improved retention by 350%. I've doubled revenue for clients. I've built mathematical models that turned average games…

In the video, you can see how manipulation works during the shuffle process. The dealer appears to slightly control or influence the outcome through practiced hand movements

a real case about a deposit bonus without a deposit limit.
It started with a promotion of 5% weekly deposit bonus.
No deposit limit. Wagering requirement of just x1.
Play made a deposit of 100k and got 5k deposit bonus.
When playing slots with an RTP of 97% (the cost of completing the wager is 3000), the overall profit after completing the wager is 2000 (if playing in a slot with 98% RTP, net profit is 3000).
To put the same idea more simply:
1. Deposit €100,000 → get €5,000 bonus → wager requirement is just €100,000 total
2. Play a slot with 97% RTP (meaning you lose only 3% on average per spin)
3. Cost to clear the wager: 3% of €100,000 = €3,000
4. You keep the remaining €2,000 as pure profit
And each account got two deposits per week. So that's up to €4000-€6,000 extracted per account, per week.
Now multiply that across multiple accounts.
Because these accounts were depositing €100,000 and more at a time and playing regularly, the casino's system flagged them as VIP players.
So on top of everything else, the casino started treating them as VIPs and sending them €10,000 cash bonuses with no wagering requirements at all.

There was an intriguing research that's been running quietly in aviation for decades, long before anyone was talking about AI.
It starts from a counterintuitive place: the better the autopilot got, the worse individual pilots became at flying the plane themselves. The field even has a name for the psychological state underneath it: automation can create a false sense of security, leading pilots to assume the system can be trusted to handle more and more of the flight than is actually reasonable.
I think something like this is happening to decision-making itself right now, because AI is being built into the seat of every product.
First we automated tools to do manual work, next we handed it over to AI to do the research and scrapping for the automated work. And in the last couple of years, we reached the highest point where we can ask AI to do the deciding.
Call me biased, but that gap appears with our product that shows you crypto depositor analysis and shows you exactly where their money is going.… and the resistance we see from casinos forms around a disappointment that the tool won't tell them what to do with it, or even does the action for them.
That finding out 40% of your depositors are also sending $15.5M to a competitor's platform with a detailed analysis and cashout notifications, is not enough information, without a built-in AI retention instruction.
None of this is a comment on any individual founder's judgment, and it would be a strange thing to imply everyone falls into that category. But it's naive to pretend a muscle you stop using stays strong. The ability to sit with data, form your own read of it, and act before something else decides for you.
