Обзор и первичный гайд на все активности был тут и тут, теперь поговорим про ноду.
Скажу сразу, тут справится даже тот кто ни разу не ставил ноду и даже ничего не слышал о ней.
Нам понадобится следующее:
1️⃣ Первым делом покупаем сервер:
Я покупал на xorek.cloud
Есть еще много других сервисов, какие-то хорошие какие-то плохие, кто то дороже, кто то чуть дешевле и тд выбрать можете сами
VDsina.ru, AEZA.net, contabo.com, hetzner.com
Этого списка хватит чтоб выбрать сервер для первой ноды.
ВАЖНО: Я все буду показывать на примере хорька.
Минимальные требования для сервера:
Процессор: 4 ядра.
Оперативная память: 16 гб.
Накопитель: SSD 200 гб.
Операционная система: Ubuntu 20.04.
По минимальным требования я взял этот сервер (скрин), оплатил криптой. на других сервисах сервер будет стоить +- в эти же деньги 12-16$ но система оплаты везде разная, не везде можно оплатить криптой и картой РФ.
После того как оплатите сервер, на почту придет письмо со всеми данными по серверу (скрин).
2️⃣ Далее нужна консоль, для этого регаемся (можно через гугл акк)в termius.com и качаем клиент для вашей операционки.
Открываем и делаем все по порядку (скрин)
1 нажимаем создать новый хост
2 вводим IP сервера из письма присланного на почту
3 никнейм из письма на почте
4 пароль из письма на почте
после жмем Connect
3️⃣ Работа в консоле:
По порядку пишем команды:
sudo apt update -y
затем
sudo apt install screen -y
(скрин)4️⃣ Идем на alchemy.com
Регаем акаунт (нужен будет VPN)
После регистрации нажимаем слева на Overview, затем на + Create new app.
Делаем 2 APP:
одно будет использоваться для ETH (скрин)
другое для OP (скрин)
Берем из них HTTPS (скрин) и записываем себе в блокнот (для каждого свой!)
После этого берем наш FID из акаунта Warpcast (скрин)
5️⃣ Возвращаемся в Термиус
Вписываем в консоль это:
curl -sSL https://download.thehubble.xyz/bootstrap.sh | bash
(скрин)Далее по порядку вписываем наши HTTPS
Сначала ETH потом OP
После этого вводим FID

После этого запустится загрузка (скрин) у меня заняла примерно минут 2-3
Далее начнется синхронизация (скрин), займет +-3 часа, дальше делать ничего не нужно, все будет сделано автоматически, комп можно закрыть, она пройдет без вашего участия.
6️⃣ Запускаем дашборд для отслеживания активности нашей ноды
В ваш гугл, в адресную строку браузера вводим:
http://ip-адрес:3000Вместо ip-адрес добавьте ip вашего сервера. (из письма)
Сначала будет вот так (скрин), но через 2-3 часа данные подтянутся и станет вот так (скрин)
7️⃣ После синхронизации открываем порты:
В консоль вводим одним сообщением:
sudo iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 2281 -j ACCEPT
sudo iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 2282 -j ACCEPT
sudo iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 2283 -j ACCEPT
sudo iptables-save > /etc/iptables/rules.v4
sudo iptables -L -v -nПосле открытия портов должна быть такая картина (скрин)
Для сохранения изменений в iptables для операционной системы - Ubuntu, чтобы они сохранялись после перезагрузки, пишем это:
sudo apt-get install iptables-persistent
sudo netfilter-persistent save
Дополнительные команды:
Команда для обновления (когда выходит новая версия hubble app)
cd ~/hubble && ./hubble.sh upgrad
Oстановить логи - ctrl+c (комбинация клавиш)
Активировать просмотр логов

Ставим Ноду Farcaster с нуля. Часть 2 (обслуживание+мысли)
Что вообще требуется от вас, если вы поставили ноду:
- заходить раз в день на дашборд и смотреть чтоб ваша нода была активна и шли логи.
- эти параметры должны быть отличны от нуля (скрин)
- смотреть чтоб сервер (на хорьке )был активен.
- периодически обновлять ноду через консоль, команды все будут написаны апдейтом к этому гайду.
- не забывать оплачивать сервер.
- еще не забудьте привязать свой кошелек здесь https://warpcast.com/~/settings/verified-addresses для того, чтоб если вы попадете в список тех кому положена награда ее знали кому выдать.
Скажу сразу, сколько держать ноду, что за нее насыпят в каком размере и когда, не известно никому, но то что будет какой-то дроп я уверен 1000%.
Итого:
Активность не дешевая, при учете что ноду возможно надо будет держать пол года, а может и год - это уже от от 100$ до 200 на аккаунт за 1 ноду. Так что большой конкуренции я не ожидаю.
Теперь общая аналитика по Farcaster - дюна говорит что на 25 июня 2024 года в Фаркастере 550к юзеров из них за последние 30 дней 230к делали более 1 каста и 160к+ более 10 кастов, так что пока что конкуренция не то что смешная, ее по сравнению с тремя обосравшимися китами я бы сказал что нет.
Статистика по нодам публичная отсутствует, но я думаю там вообще кот наплакал, скоро получится ее узнать и тогда идея с нодой фаркастера станет прям очень OP.
Критериев получения дропа мы не знаем, но если посмотреть стату сколько получали ноды на последний проектах, таких как taiko, io.net, aethir - идея ставить ноду фаркастера очень смарт в совокупности с трендом на ноды.
