IDF: The IDF completed an additional wave of strikes targeting temporary command centers and weapons production sites in Tehran

Yesterday (Saturday), the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF Intelligence, completed a wide-scale wave of strikes targeting infrastructure of the Iranian terror regime in the heart of Tehran.

As part of the strikes, the IDF has deepened the degradation of the regime’s weapons production infrastructure, targeting dozens of weapons storage and production sites.

In recent days, the IDF identified that the Iranian regime had begun relocating its command centers to mobile units, after most of its command centers were struck by the IDF over the past month, as part of Operation Roaring Lion. As part of the wave of strikes, the IDF dismantled several temporary command centers, including commanders who were operating within those headquarters.

In addition, the IDF struck ballistic missile production and storage facilities, aerial defense systems, and observation posts of the Iranian regime.

The completed strikes are part of the effort to further degrade the Iranian terror regime’s core systems and capabilities.

IDF: Preventing Cross-Border Terror from the Syrian Hermon to Southern Lebanon: Footage of the Alpinist Unit

Troops from the Alpinist Unit, under the command of the 810th Brigade, completed a targeted operation to thwart attempts by terrorist organizations to establish a foothold along the Lebanon border.

As part of the operation, the troops operated in complex mountainous terrain, crossing on foot through deep snow from the Syrian Hermon to the Mount Dov area in southern Lebanon to scan the area, gather intelligence, and locate enemy terrorist infrastructure, using the specialized capabilities of the mountain commando unit.

Troops of the 210th Division continue to maintain a defensive posture in the area in order to protect the security of Israeli civilians, particularly residents of the north.

IDF: “Creating Long-Term Regional Change”: The Operational Preparations from the Dramatic Moments Leading Up to Operation “Roaring Lion”

One month ago, IDF troops in the air, at sea, and on the ground launched Operation “Roaring Lion,” an operation intended to remove an immediate threat to the State of Israel and to degrade the enemy’s infrastructure and capabilities.

In the days leading up to Operation “Roaring Lion,” focused operational preparations took place, including situational assessments, intelligence updates, approval of plans, multi-front readiness, and inter-service coordination, until the conditions were met for issuing the order to commence the operation.

The operation was carried out on the basis of precise intelligence, orderly operational planning, and coordination between IDF branches, alongside cooperation with international partners in the United States.

IDF: The IDF struck production and storage sites for aerial defense systems and ballistic missiles

The IDF continues to degrade the Iranian terror regime's military systems and capabilities.

Overnight (Saturday), the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF Intelligence, completed a wide-scale wave of strikes targeting infrastructure sites of the Iranian terror regime in Tehran.

As part of the effort to deepen the damage to the regime’s infrastructure, the IDF struck a central site utilized by the Iranian Defense Ministry to produce critical components of ballistic missiles - the site is one of only two sites of its kind in Iran where critical components were developed for the assembly and operationalization of missiles set to launch toward the State of Israel.

The strike on the site degraded the regime’s capabilities, and the Ministry of Defense in particular, to develop the components required to operate these missiles.

Additionally, the IDF struck dozens of additional weapon production sites, including:

* Production sites for ballistic missile engines belonging to the Iranian Ministry of Defense.
* A weapons production and storage facility.
* A production site for engines for UAVs.
* A central site used by the Iranian military for the development of air defense systems, as well as the production and storage of missiles set to target aircraft.

The IDF continues to deepen its strikes against the regime’s military industries in order to deny the production capabilities it has built over years.

IDF: The Chief of the General Staff Concluded the Inquiry Into the Shooting Incident Toward Misgav Am, in Which Ofer (Poshko) Moskovitz Was Killed as a Result of Erroneous Fire

On March 22, 2026, five artillery shells were fired from a deployment position within Israeli territory, striking Kibbutz Misgav Am and resulting in the death of Ofer (Poshko) Moskovitz. Ofer (Poshko) Moskovitz was a symbol of pioneering spirit and connection to the land among the residents of the Upper Galilee.

Following the incident, a professional inquiry team headed by the Chief Artillery Officer, BG Ehud Bibi, was established to investigate the incident and learn from the conclusions. The inquiry findings were presented earlier today to his family.

The inquiry found that the fire was carried out during an operational incident providing close support to the maneuvering forces. It also determined that the error resulted from a convergence of several operational factors and non-optimal firing conditions. Alongside this, no negligence was found, nor was any ethical failure identified among those involved in the firing process within the artillery unit.

Resulting from the inquiry conclusions, the Commander of the Ground Forces, MG Nadav Lotan, directed the issuance of an operational order addressing artillery fire over civilian communities and infrastructure. This order is stricter than the current standing directive.

The inquiry findings were presented to the Chief of the General Staff by the Commander of the Northern Command, the Commander of the Ground Forces, and the Chief Artillery Officer.
The Chief of the General Staff accepted the findings and determined that this is a professional inquiry into operational fire during wartime, from which clear conclusions must be applied without delay. He emphasized that he accepts the conclusion that there was no negligence in the commanders’ decision-making process in light of the circumstances. In addition, he instructed that all safety components related to the incident be examined, in particular the issue of deploying artillery units in front of civilian communities, in order to reduce the risk of fire over populated areas.
He also directed the inquiry findings to be presented to the family.

From the remarks of the Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir: “This is a difficult and regrettable incident, in which an Israeli civilian, Ofer (Poshko) Moskovitz, was killed as a result of IDF fire. He was a man of the north and one of the pillars of the Misgav Am community.

The battalion and the artillery unit have been operating continuously and professionally since the beginning of the campaign to remove the threat and to strike enemy targets. The incident resulted from a convergence of several factors, including aspects of the fire calculation system, terrain conditions, and an error in topographical calculations. This is an incident that requires learning from the conclusions. We must review and refine all safety components, particularly the method of deployment and use of fire near civilian communities, in order to prevent risk to our civilians. We will implement the necessary improvements and continue to operate responsibly in order to continue to defend the residents of the north. The IDF expresses deep sorrow to the family and the community.”

The conclusions of the inquiry will be implemented and studied among the Corps commanders and troops. The IDF regrets the incident and shares in the grief of the Moskovitz family and the Misgav Am community.
