Business Assistant for the Overnight.fi CEO and founder
About the company
Overnight.fi is a 3 year old top-100 DeFi protocol behind yield bearing USD+, a stablecoin fully backed by delta-neutral strategies.
Overnight.fi is backed by Hack.vc, FJ Labs and a few other high profile investors.
We are looking for a responsible and polished professional to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
As an integral part of our Team, Business Assistant will help our leaders ensure smooth internal operations.
▪️What you will do:
▫️Lead the setup process of our legal entity in Abu-Dhabi, including admin support of the legal team in charge of licensing, interaction with banks on account opening etc.
▫️Administrative support of Overnight’s CEO and founder;
▫️Assist accounting, payroll, legal;
▫️Prepare and file forms and other documents;
▫️Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, assist with team relocation;
▫️Support recruitment, interaction with partners, etc.
▪️What we are looking for:
▫️Experience in performing administrative support functions as a business assistant/operations manager/administrative director is a must;
▫️Superb organizational and problem-solving skills;
▫️Outstanding attention to detail and thoroughness, particularly in working with documents, managing time zones and calendar events;
▫️Native Russian, fluency in written and spoken English;
▫️UTC+1 to UTC+5 time-zone.
Experience of interaction with the UAE state authorities is a major advantage
