I realized that life, you have to be determined and persuasive in order to achieve your goals.



Pero minsan napapaisip nalang ako kung tama pa ba maging determinado kahit kinakailangan natin isakripisyo ang ibang mga bagay?



I removed those thoughts for awhile and stood up properly to look at myself's reflection in the mirror.

I looked around and memories started flashing back.

"How could this studio give so much memories?" I whispered beneath.

"Because we built memories here together." I immediately diverted my gaze to her and smiled weakly.

She smiled back.

Unang tingin pa lang alam ko na gusto na niya bumitaw. I felt sorry as she don't deserve this.

I gulped and still forced a smile kahit na ang dami bumabagabag sa utak ko.

Pero ang totoo? Siya lang ang tanging iniisip ko.

"You're smiling," saad niya ng mahina at yumuko, I lifted her chin up.



"Basta para sa'yo."



Kasi kahit ngayon manlang, gusto ko mabuo ang pangako ko para sa'yo.

Kahit sa huling pagkakataon, kung ito na nga ba ang katapusan natin.

Kahit ngayon lang, hayaan niya ako makabawi sa mga pagkukulang ko sakaniya.

I pulled her at the center of the studio and placed my phone near the speaker to plug it in.

Tiningnan ko muli siya and her eyes glowed as if she owns the beat of the music played.

I watched her dance gracefully and happily. Indeed, she wasn't lying when she said dancing is her comfort and rest.

She's laughing.

She's smiling.

How I miss those.

Too bad I wasn't able to see that everyday when time became a bit tough for us.



"Hey! I thought we're going to dance together?" She half shouted at me but I just nodded and leaned my back to watch her vibe to the first song she performed as a dancer.

I just kept on hyping her up causing for her to be shy although she's used to it.



Napangiti ako habang pinagmamasdan siya.

The way she moves like that.

The way she smiles like it's the end.

The way she feels the music fully.

Everything with her is so attractive.



I had a glimpse at my watch and noticed it's been half an hour. Half an hour and she's still dancing happily.

How I wish we could just stay forever like this.

I played a slowed song that made her stop from dancing. I saw how her jolly face turned into a soft one.



You give me hope
The strength, the will to keep on
No one else can make me feel this way.



Nilapitan ko siya ng dahan dahan habang patuloy pa rin tumutugtog ang paborito niyang kanta bukod sa mga pop songs.



And only you can bring out all the best I can do

I held her hand and stared closely at her eyes "Are you... tired, baby?" I asked and she shook her head.

"I... won't get tired of you, *name*."

I cupped her face and slowly pressed my lips against her.

The moment our lips touch, I realized that she still tastes the same.

Still sweet like honey.

Our kiss went deeper and her hands reached my head for support as she didn't break our kiss.



It's your smile
Your face, your lips that I miss
Those sweet little eyes that stare at me
And make me stay
I'm with you through all the way.



When I broke our kiss, I felt tears coming from her eyes.

"Wag mo 'ko iiwan ah?" I nodded and kissed her forehead slowly.

Inabot ko ang kamay niya na nakapulupot sa leeg ko, I intertwined our fingers and positioned ourselves to a slow dance.

Who fills the emptiness in me

I took a deep breath and I knew this was the right time to ask her.



"Will you give me your... last dance?"



My heart broke into pieces when she nodded.

Is this a sign?

That this will be our last dance?
