QA Intern (3-Month Internship)

We are a leading Food Tech startup based in Qatar, with offices in Doha, Almaty, and Astana. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as QA Interns for a 3-month internship program. As a QA Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manual testing while working closely with our feature teams that focus on our customer app, available on both iOS and Android platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our customer app.
- Collaborate with cross-functional feature teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Perform thorough manual testing to identify bugs, defects, and areas for improvement in the app's user experience.
- Document and track issues using bug tracking systems, and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Participate in test result analysis and provide valuable feedback on the quality and usability of the customer app.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies, with a focus on delivering a seamless user experience.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with mobile app testing on iOS and Android platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with feature teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
