World’s First Global Property Platform on the Blockchain

International property companies Max Property Group and Munte Immobilien have millions of euros under management and nearly 200 years of real estate experience. They have self-funded the development of Dominium; a global property platform for everything to do with real estate. The platform is currently operational in Alpha and has over 25,000 users around the globe. It has been translated into 15 languages and hosts users from over 160 countries.

Dominium aims to be the leading property platform in the world, with a suite of tools to help individuals and professionals perform real estate transactions, from buying an apartment to setting up a regulated property fund. Blockchain technology based on the Ardor platform will allow Dominium users to perform all manner of property transaction quickly, inexpensively and with the transparency of the digital ledger that underlies its technology.

DOM tokens are utility tokens which can be used to pay for all activities on the platform, including the creation of assets, trading of assets, creation of support tickets, voting for charities, listing property for sale, listing property for rent, registering a rental agreement, registering a purchase agreement and registering property management activities.

The Dominium Initial Token Offering (ITO) will go live on the 3rd September 2018 at 12.00 CET with an initial token price of €0.10. The tokens can be purchased in EUR, BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, BNB, NXT, ARDR and IGNIS. A total of 1,000,000,000 DOM tokens will be created (like NXT, ARDR and IGNIS) and they will be sold at rising price increments.

Most of the ITO money raised will be invested into real estate assets which will generate a rental return for the company. The Dominium team are confident that the rental income will be sufficient to support the ongoing development of the platform, as well as operational costs and the company’s token buyback and burn program in which the company buys back DOM tokens from its holders.

The bought back DOM tokens together with the DOM transaction fees spent on the platform will be taken out of circulation, thus assuring a diminishing supply of DOM tokens. Rental income and transaction fees should increase in line with the rise in popularity of the platform and the value of the portfolio.

Most other real estate related projects only tackle one single issue or are just tokenising something that already exists without any additional benefits (and often without regulation!).

You Speak, We Listen! Dominium Commissions and Weekly Lottery

Over the last month, since the start of the pre-ITO, we have had a lot of suggestions from our community, which is nearly 40,000 strong now! These are some of the things you said about our marketing methods:

We are therefore pleased to announce the following changes:

Increased Commissions on our Referral Program to incentivise reaching out to your friends, family and communities:

Purchase of DOM tokens

1. You will receive a commission of 5% to 10% on the amount paid by your Referrals and this can be paid out in Euro, BTC or ETH.
2. From €0 to €25,000 you receive 5% commission (€1,250 in total)
3. From €25,001 to €50,000 you receive 6% commission (€3,000 in total)
4. From €50,001 to €100,000 you receive 7% commission (€7,000 in total)
5. From €100,001 to €250,000 you receive 8% commission (€20,000 in total)
6. From €250,001 to €500,000 you receive 9% commission (€45,000 in total)
7. From €500,001+ you receive 10% commission (Sky is the limit)
8. Exchange rate to calculate total amount introduced will be calculated according to the API we are already using

Investments in Assets

You will receive a commission of 5% to 10% on the amount paid by your Referrals, but this is based on the 2.5% commission Dominium receives for fundraising on the platform.

For example, a referral invests €100,000 in a property fund asset. Dominium receives €2,500. Introducer (You) receives his/her commission scale on the €2,500.

This will be applied retrospectively (from the date the ITO started) and will apply in perpetuity (as long as regulations allow this structure). The changes will be worked on over the next few weeks and you will be able to request payment automatically from your account.

Weekly Lottery to incentive the purchase of DOM tokens during the ITO

1. The week runs from Sunday to Sunday, starting tomorrow the 16th of September
2. Every Monday we will announce winners from our Weekly Lottery
3. Participants are all those that have purchased a minimum of 2,000 DOM tokens during the week
4. First prize is €1,000 (1 winner)
5. Second prize is €500 (1 winner)
6. Third prize is €250 (1 winner)
7. Fourth prixe is €100 (5 winners)
8. Fifth prize is €50 (5 winners)

There is only one condition, and that is that a minimum of 1,000,000 DOM (€100,000) has to have been sold during the week. This Lottery will of course be supervised and Winners will be announced in our Social Media Channels.

Basically we are passing on the savings of not paying for expensive marketing campaigns to our Community. We trust you welcome these changes.

Dear Dominium Community,

Over the last 6-8 weeks we have been talking to various consultants, large investors and ICO advisors. They all seem to be put off by our large hard-cap of €92.5M.

We have an unusual ITO strategy, with virtually all the ITO money being used to buy property, so we believe that the usual rules in this respect do not apply to us as they might to a standard ICO or ITO where the funds are primarily used for develoment. This distinction is only apparent under close inspection, however, and we understand that on the surface our hard cap appears to be very high.

So, as always, we have decided to listen to good advice and adapt our ITO as recommended. We have changed the ITO phases and will first complete phase I, purchase property with the funds raised, and demonstrate the execution of our strategy prior to starting the subsequent phases.

This effectively lowers the hard cap to €17.5M and the new figure has been added to the Dominium website already. We will also amend the White Papers and Pitch Decks (where needed) and will publish them as soon as possible on our site. You will recognise the updated white paper by the more recent date.
