A video released by a UN official, retrieved from the phone of a paramedic killed by Israeli forces alongside 14 other aid workers and UN staff in #Gaza, captures the moments when rescue teams rushed to an area recently targeted, attempting to retrieve the bodies of the dead. Shortly after their arrival, Israeli forces opened heavy fire directly at them, killing the medics beside the very corpses they came to recover.

The footage corroborates findings previously reported by Euro-Med Monitor, which confirmed that Israeli forces had targeted humanitarian workers despite clear markings on their vehicles and uniforms, and after they had coordinated their movement with the Israeli army.
