Reasonable for a quick back of the envelope estimate

I doubt that the smaller systems get the same $/FLOPS as Frontier (economies of scale)

At #ISC23, @HPC_Hyperion listed the 2022 on-prem #HPC market (compute) as $15.4B, or 41% of the overall HPC market including storage, software, etc.

So (using our $2.6B estimate) the #Top500 is about 17% of the on-prem #HPC systems market.
