Dne 29.5. léta páně 2011 se po dlouhých přípravách utkaly dvě armády klubů historických šermířů z Prahy a Ostravy, aby sobě i několika přihlížejícím byla předvedena bitva z občanské války růží. Bitevním polem byla zvolena louka nedaleko České Třebové. Jak je doloženo, zůstaly armády věrni svým růžím.
