All in all, we are really headed in a great direction and everything is looking amazing! I couldn't be happier with the direction we are headed!

Now, to address some folks who have been in the chat asking about marketing and promotions, etc.....

Right now it would be a complete waste of money to do heavy marketing. We don't have a "product" yet. All we have is whatever hype we can create about an app that is on its way. If the money we spend does pump the price, it wont last long because people will get bored waiting for the app and the price will go back to where it is now. When we release a real working app, i imagine we will see incredible growth because people can see something tangible. In light of that, the best marketing we can do at the moment is word-of-mouth. Tell your friends, family, coworkers, etc, about $HTS and how we plan to change the entire Real Estate industry and help those struggling to buy a home. Explain to them that we are at the forefront of whats forecast to be one of the largest, if not the largest, growth sector in the cryptosphere, but that it also has real world implications that they can see, and even possibly use.

Those buyers are the ones who will come here and hold long term. Not pump the price and then dump when they get bored waiting for the app release.

When we do release the app, we will do a very heavy marketing push with a top firm, but the difference will be that we have a working product and people will be incentivized to hold HTS long term with the rewards and other benefits that will come with holding our token.

HI $HTS! Good Evening or Morning depending on where you are.

Something occurred to me over the last weeks that I think really sets us apart from other projects. We are DEBT Free. We are operating entirely on tax funds, and we are progressing very nicely with our app.

Today during our development meeting, I did some perusing of other projects in the space that are valued many times what we are, and I was left completely unimpressed. And we are over here with a team of 3, creating something for the Real Estate world that they haven't seen yet.

I was , and still am testing the app today. Obviously this has just started and I have a lot of items that I want to see changed or tweaked. But I have to say, the AI realtor is something special!

I have submitted quite a few queries to it today, and it performed very well. It still will need work, but Max is a whiz and is delivering on everything I ask of him.

A particular example I did today, I asked the AI Realtor to find me homes near ski areas that had a balcony, mountain views, and would be good for airbnb.

It returned a response that told me that good areas for Airbnb that are close to ski areas were Park City UT, Vail Colorado, and Lake Tahoe CA. These are indeed the premier destinations in the US for that.

in any case, it then said, I believe that Park City is the best overall, so here are listings there

and it produced about 10 listings in Park City. I then asked it to give me the listings in the other two areas it suggested, and it did. This goes to show that we are building a huge time saver here. And the best part about this particular feature is, it wasn't our focus to begin with, it was kind of my pet project within the ecosystem. I wanted this feature because as a person who has gone through the homebuying process multiple times, I realized that its a huge time wasting activity. You go to Realtor.com or Zillow and you put in a town, and some basic options for homes including price, bedrooms, baths, etc. but that is where that ends. So then you have to tap or click on each home that pops up, not knowing if the home is old and outdated, if it has other features you want like a pool, or a fire pit, gazebo, etc. I've spent countless hours , to what i liken to doom scrolling twitter or tik tok, on home listings.

As it is, we reached a nice development milestone today with the update. Max employed a second AI module that extracts the best features out of each listing, making it easy to see at a glance, if the home fit what you are looking for. But further, he trained it to extract those same keywords so you can search for a home with "stainless steel appliances", or "wooden banister", "recently renovated", etc. To say that made me happy, is an understatement.

This is just the beginning...
