They claimed that the person was charging at police, although apparently no one was seen exhibiting such behaviour before the arrest. Blood can be seen on the ground, believed to belong to the arrested young man.

A group of undercover/plainclothes police officers have subdued a civilian, causing them to be surrounded by angry shoppers and protesters, and scuffles have broken out. The officers have taken out cans of pepper spray and extendable batons to use on the crowd. More people are being subdued.
