🇵🇭菲律賓國防部長特奧多羅(Gilbert Teodoro)1月17日斥責中國🇨🇳外交部 發言人 #毛寧 在新聞記者會上侮辱 #菲律賓 總統小馬可仕。小馬可仕15日祝賀 #賴清德 當選 #台灣總統。中國外交部發言人毛寧16日在記者會上說，「我們建議小馬可仕總統多讀讀書，以正確了解台灣問題的來龍去脈，從而得出正確結論」。

特奧多羅在聲明中指責毛寧發表「低級粗俗的言論」，並指其「散布國家批准的宣傳和虛假訊息」。
