▌近期VPN供應商 #Surfshark 喺 #TVB 投放電視廣告後，引起大量用家喺其Facebook專頁表達不滿，聲稱要轉用其他VPN，事件發酵近三日後，Surfshark喺Facebook回覆指，佢哋將會調查TVB嘅情況，期間將會暫停播放相關電視廣告：

"Hey, regarding the TVB situation in Hong Kong. We did not want to upset anyone with our ads. We’re in the process of suspending our TV campaign while we are investigating the situation."

▌除此之外，亦有熱心網民透過電郵向Surfshark表達不滿，對方表示將會交由營銷部調查事件：

"Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I will notify our marketing department to investigate this thoroughly."

▌本團隊樂見Surfshark肯正面回應消費者嘅意見，但由於我哋過往亦見識過走數嘅外國公司(例如臺灣未來美)，所以消費者宜保持謹慎態度，繼續觀察事態發展，避免咁快多謝對方，以免炒車。
