1. We, Ukrainian rescuers are addressing Belarusian rescuers. On the 24th of February Putin started a bloody war by entering sovereign Ukraine with aggressive attacks. For the fourth day Ukrainian people are standing up to aggressors and protecting their land.

They are appealing to bellarusian people to raise up and make their voices heard and stating that Belarus plays a big part of this conflict by allowing use of airports and military infrastructure.
