2024年3月23日，曼城反23條集會，超過300位香港人於下午3時冒雨在Manchester St. Peter's Square集會 。參加者不但自備標語道具，更有義工向圍觀的本地人解釋23條立法後對香港的影響。
集會後更有香港人向參加者分享感受，寄語香港人繼續揸起中指（宗旨），無懼港共政權，在能力範圍內為自由發聲。

The recent arrests under Hong Kong's national security law serve as a reminder that no one is safe from the reach of Article 23.
