We don't know what Governor Brad Little is going to do about Idaho's Health Freedom Act but we do know that Dr. Judy Mikovits is awesome.

This was not leadership—it was a political favor to those who wish to control the most personal decisions a person can make.

S1023 is a simple, commonsense bill. It ensures that no one—especially employees, students, or children—can be forced to undergo medical treatment against their will or without a parent’s consent. It does not prevent schools from sending home sick kids. It simply says that you decide what goes into your body. That is a basic human right.

Governor Little may have turned his back on liberty, but the Legislature doesn’t have to.

Idaho's Medical Freedom Act has been hijacked BUT there is hope and we need your help.

Leslie, Miste, and Sarah catch everyone up to speed on the creation and progress of Idaho's Medical Freedom Act (SB 1023).

Then, they fill you in on the shenanigans that have taken place including a carve out in the bill for daycares. The draft (SB 1210) now has language that provides medical freedom for everyone EXCEPT children in daycare. This is unacceptable!

Health Freedom Idaho does not support trading children's medical freedom for our own!

However, there is good news! Rep. Josh Tanner and Rep. Mike Moyle will introduce a bill in the House State Affairs tomorrow at 9 a.m. which is the Medical Freedom Act with appropriate changes to satisfy Governor Brad Little's concern and still provides medical freedom for ALL Idahoans.

Please contact ALL of the legislators and tell them to vote no on SB 1210 because Idahoans will not use children as human shields for our own medical freedom.

Tell them to vote YES on the house bill (will be updated with bill number as soon as we have it) that maintains medical freedom for ALL.
