Idaho's children are being taken by CPS for what they call "medical neglect". However, medical neglect is not defined in statute and therefore very subjective. Kristine with P.O.W.E.R. has been working for years to try to pass good legislation and this is the time.

Please contact Chairman John VanderWoude and ask him to hear HB 757. Also, contact the H&W Committee and ask them to tell the chairman that We The People want HB 757 heard and passed to have medical neglect defined to protect children from being wrongfully taken by CPS.

Direct donor blood has been impossible to get for many Idahoans. Rep. Chris Bruce is carrying HB 528 to make sure Idahoans have bodily autonomy when it comes to what blood we receive when we find ourselves in need of donated blood. He and Miste discuss where the bill is and what is needed to get it to the governor's desk.
