Administrative Assistant
#Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Organize and schedule appointments
-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Develop and maintain a filing system
-Update and maintain office policies and procedures
-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
-Maintain contact lists
-Submit and reconcile expense reports
-Provide general support to visitors
-Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
-Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
#Requirements
-Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
-Bachelor degree
-Technical background will be a plus

Location: MARJ3 office at Greek Campus, Tahrir Square, Cairo, Egypt.
Type: Full-time position – 5 days per week –8 Hours per day.

The contract is for 6 Months only!

Job description:
You will be responsible for Entering data and translate it on MARJ3 website.

#Requirements:
- Being able to enter and translate data from From English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Have +1 Year of experience in Translation.
- Have a good command of the English Language; written and spoken.
- Focused and Accurate in dealing with data.
- Very good at using Microsoft office (Word, Excel).
- Outstanding skills in Communication and Following up.
- Having his own Computer or laptop to work with it.
- Very good at using computer and fast in Data Entry.

This role will best fit candidates who:
- Are Very good and fast at using Computer.
- Have a good command of the English Language; written and spoken.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoy working in Translation.
- Enjoy supporting students to reach their dreams.
- Enjoy working in a Startup community.
- Able to Work from MARJ3 office in Tahrir square.
- Able to start working on 1 of Feb 2021.
