Our provider is having a network issue that is impacting us at the moment. We already contacted them and await for an update.

I haven’t made an announcement yet, but we now also have notes (multiple notes) for companies and contacts.

They can be edited from the company/ contact detail page or within the email thread on the right side where the latest note is shown or another note can be added.

If you have already used this feature (many do) we have converted your existing notes already.

As some might remember from the past, we always had a community site where all customers could join and get help. Similar to what we have here on Telegram.

That said, many do not have Telegram or don’t want to use Telegram. Hence, we are happy to announce that we have (re)launched the community site at https://community.helpmonks.com
