يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ ۖ فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا(۵۹نساء)

ای اهل ایمان، فرمان خدا و رسول و فرمانداران (از طرف خدا و رسول) که از خود شما هستند اطاعت کنید، پس اگر در چیزی کار به نزاع کشد آن را به حکم خدا و رسول بازگردانید اگر به خدا و روز قیامت ایمان دارید. این کار برای شما بهتر و خوش‌عاقبت‌تر خواهد بود.
این آیه زمانی که پيامبر اسلام، هنگام عزيمت به جنگ تبوك، امام على(ع) را در مدينه به جاى خود منصوب كرد و فرمود: «انت منّى بمنزلة هارون من موسى» نازل شد.
از آنجا که خداوند آنچه را به عنوان حاکمیت در اختیار دارد، در قالب حکومت به دست پیامبر و امام می دهد و خودش حکومت نمی کند، اين آيه به وظيفه‌ى مردم در برابر خدا و پيامبر اشاره مى‌كند. با وجود سه مرجع «خدا»، «پيامبر» و «اولى الامر» هرگز مردم در بن‌بست قرار نمى‌گيرند.
اما زمانی که دسترسی به معصوم ممکن نباشد یا ایشان در پرده غیبت باشد باید از چه کسی اطاعت کرد؟ برای فهم دقیق این موضوع به روایتی از امام صادق (ع) اشاره می کنیم:
عمربن حنظله از شیعیان امام صادق (ع) بود که سراغ حضرت می رود و می گوید دو نفر از شیعیان شما در موردی به اختلاف نظر برخورد کردند. آنها پیش منصور دوانیقی (حاکم طاغوتی زمان امام) رفتند و منصور بین آنها حکم کرد و درست تشخیص داد و حق را به محق داد. امام فرمودند: این حقی که به او داده شده چون از دست طاغوت گرفته بر او حرام است. عمربن حنظله می گوید: خب اگر بین ما شیعیان دعوا شود و ما به شما دسترسی نداشته باشیم چه کنیم؟ حضرت می فرمایند: بین خودتان ببینید چه کسی احکام را بهتر می داند و حلال و حرام را رعایت می کند، به او مراجعه کنید تا او بین شما حکم کند. من آن فرد را بر شما حاکم قرار دادم (حتی ایشان نمی گوید من بین شما حَکَم قرار دادم، می فرمایند حاکِم قرار دادم) . اگر آن فرد حکم کرد و شما قبول نکردید حکم خدا را خفیف کردید و ما را رد کردید، هرکس ما را رد کند خدا را رد کرده و این شرک به خداست.

O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best and best in result.(59 an_nisa)
This verse was sent down when the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) setting off for the Battle of Tabuk, appointed Imam Ali (PBUH) as his successor in Medinah, declaring: “You are to me like Aaron to Moses, except that there will be no prophet after me.”
The Almighty God never governs himself; rather, He grants His dominion upon His prophets and imams in the shape of government. Therefore, this verse refers to the people’s responsibility against the Almighty God and His Prophet. With these three authorities being there, there will be no deadlock for people: “God,” “Prophet,” and “those who are in authority.”
But whom shall we obey when we don’t have access to the infallible imams and the twelfth of whom is in occultation? In order to comprehend this, we make a reference to a hadith by Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq: “Umar Ibn Hanzalah, a follower of Imam, went to Him and asked: “Two of your Shiites had a dispute over an issue. They went to Mansour Davanighi, the tyrannical Abbasid Caliph, for a judgment. His judgment was correct and he did justice to them.” Imam declared: “Since this right is given to him by tyranny, it is forbidden for him.” Umar Ibn Hanzalah asked: “So what shall we do if there is a dispute among your followers while there is no access to you? “Imam declared: “Look amongst you and see who knows the best the religious instructions, adhering to Halal and Haram. Go to him in order for you to be adjudicated. I appoint this person as your gerent. If this person adjudicates and you don’t accept, you have cheapened the Almighty God’s commandment and rejected we the Ahl al-Bayt. Whoever rejects us, he has rejected the Almighty God and this is polytheism.”

Sa’sa’a said to Ali: “Oh Ali, who is more superior, you or Adam?”
Imam replied: “Me.” Sa’Sa asked: “Why?”
Hazrat replied in accordance to what Quran recites. Imam Ali said: “Me”
Ali said: Allah did not forbid “me” from eating wheat, but he forbid Adam from eating it.
The food that was Halal for me, was forbidden for Adam as it is mentioned by a verse in Quran:
“Don’t come close to the forbidden tree”
God asks man to come close to Him. For me, eating was Halal, but I chose not to eat.
Was it a sin for Imam Ali to eat wheat? No!
But Imam Ali had prohibited himself from eating it as a form of devotion to God.
And the reason why he prohibited this food was that there were people in his reign that couldn’t eat wheat
Sa’sa’a asked: “Who is superior, you or the next Prophet, Noah?”
Ali replied: “I am superior.”
Noah cursed his men, but I didn’t.
And Quran recites how Noah Invoked Allah asking Him to perish all.
Imam Ali said: God, please snatch Ali from these people.
Third, Sa’sa’a asked: “Who is superior, you or Abraham?”
Ali replied. “Me, for Abraham said to Allah. “My lord! Show me how you give life to the dead.”!
And as Quran recites Abraham asks for “my heart may be at ease”
But as Imam explained that if all the veil over the unseen were lifted, the strength of Imam Ali’s believe would not increase or decrease.
Sa’sa’a asked: “Who is superior, you or Moses?”
Hazrat Ali replied: “I am superior, for Moses has declared his fear in 6-7 situations.
“Note that it is not shameful for man to be afraid of Almighty Allah
Moses was referring to Pharaoh.
But Imam Ali did not fear a second when he risked his life and
laid covered in Prophet’s bed to protect the Prophet from Quraish infidals
“Fear… Ali???”
Imam Ali said: I didn’t fear.
Sa’sa’a asked: “Who is superior, you or Jesus?”
Ali said: I am superior. Sa’sa’a asked: Why???
Imam said: for when Hazrat Maryam approached the delivery birth time of Jesus,
(This is recited in Quran too) Allah ordered her to leave the Holy House.
She wondered where to go as she is due to deliver. Allah ordered her to leave for it is a House for prayers.
Though the virtuous of Hazrat Maryam is high, and the virtuous of Jesus Christ is high, the order was to leave.
This incident is described in Quran’s verses: Leave the Holy House as this is not a place to give birth.
On the other hand, Allah creates a fissure in the wall of the Ka’ba and asked a lady to go inside to give birth

صعصعه از امیرالمومنین علی (ع) می پرسد: ییا علی، شما برتريد يا حضرت آدم؟ فرمود: من. خداوند به آدم فرمود از آن گندم نخور ولی خورد با آن كه خداوند خوردن گندم را بر من حرام نکرد اما من از آن نخوردم چون در حکومت من کسانی بودند که توانایی خرید گندم نداشتن. پرسيد : شما برتريد يا نوح ؟ فرمود : نوح قوم خود را نفرين كرد ومن هيچ گاه بر ظالمان وغاصبان به حق خودم نفرين نكردم. پرسيد : شما برتريد يا موسى؟ فرمود : خداوند موسى را به نزد فرعون فرستاد وموسى گفت: (مى ترسم كه مرا بكشند) اما من هیچگاه از کسی نترسیدم حتی در لیلة المبیت. پرسيد: شما برتريد يا عيسى بن مريم؟ فرمود: مادر عيسى در بيت المقدس بود، چون هنگام زايمان او فرا رسيد شنيد كه كسى مى گفت: بيرون رو كه اينجا پرستشگاه است نه زايشگاه ، اما مادر من فاطمه بنت اسد چون هنگام زايمانش فرا رسيد در حرم بود ، پس ديوار كعبه شكافت وشنيد كه كسى مى گويد: داخل شو ، و او داخل در وسط خانه شد ومن در آنجا به دنيا آمدم واين فضيلت را هيچ كس پيش از من و پس از من دارا نبوده و نيست .

قبل از آفرینش، خالق هستی چه می کرد؟
فرض کنید که من می خواهم از یک جایی به جای دیگر برویم و تا اینکه به مقصد برسم یک ساعت طول خواهد کشید. اما اگر با دوچرخه به سمت این مقصد برویم چه؟ بیایید بگوئیم 30 دقیقه طول خواهد کشید. هرچقدر سریعتر به سمت مقصد بروم، زمان برایم آهسته تر می گذرد. حالا فرض کنید که من با یک سرعت ثابت پرواز می کنم که ممکن است 20 ثانیه طول بکشد. اما اگر با سرعت نور که سریعترین سرعت در طبیعت است سفر کنیم، یک میلیونم ثانیه را در بر خواهد گرفت. بنابراین، چنین سرعتی متعلق به هیچ کس و چیزی جز خدای متعال نیست.
ثُمَّ رُدُّوا إِلَى اللَّهِ مَوْلَاهُمُ الْحَقِّ أَلَا لَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَهُوَ أَسْرَعُ الْحَاسِبِينَ(۶۲/انعام)
ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮﻯ ﺧﺪﺍ ، ﺳﺮﭘﺮﺳﺖ ﻭ ﻣﻮﻟﺎﻯ ﺑﻪ ﺣﻘﺸﺎﻥ ﺑﺎﺯﮔﺮﺩﺍﻧﺪﻩ ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ . ﺁﮔﺎﻩ ﺑﺎﺷﻴﺪ! ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺮﻭﺍﻳﻰ ﻭ ﺣﻜﻮﻣﺖ ﻣﻄﻠﻖ ﻓﻘﻂ ﻭﻳﮋﻩ ﺍﻭﺳﺖ؛ ﻭ ﺍﻭ ﺳﺮﻳﻊ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺣﺴﺎﺏ ﮔﺮﺍﻥ ﺍﺳﺖ .(62)
در این آیه، خداوند متعال کلمه(اسرع) را انتخاب می کند که به معنی سریع ترین است. نه سریع و نه سریعتر... بلکه سریعترین. بنابراین، برای خدا، زمان صفر است زیرا سرعت او مطلق است یعنی گذر زمان برای او وجود ندارد. به عبارت دیگر، زمان مخلوق خدای متعال است و ناممکن است که خالق در قید مخلوق خود باشد. این ما هستیم که گذر زمان را احساس می کنیم چون ما در قید زمان هستیم. پس کلماتی چون (قبل، حال و آینده) همه مربوط به زمان هستند و از آنجایی که گذر زمان برای خداوند وجود ندارد پس برایش قبل و بعدی هم نیست. به همین دلیل ما نمیتوانیم بگوییم "قبل از آفرینش، خالق هستی چه می کرد؟"

WHAT WAS THE CREATOR DOING BEFORE CREATION?
Suppose that I want to walk from one ploce to anither and it will take I hour for me to reach the deslination. But what if ride towards this destination by a bike? Let’s say it will take 30 mins. As much os my speed is foster time posses slower for me.
Now suppose that I travel by an airplane of a constant speed, if may take 20seconds. But if travel by speed of light which is the fostest speed in nature, then if would take me a millionth of a second.
So, such a speed is belonging to no one and nothing except Allah(swt).
ثُمَّ رُدُّوا إِلَى اللَّهِ مَوْلَاهُمُ الْحَقِّ أَلَا لَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَهُوَ أَسْرَعُ الْحَاسِبِينَ(۶:۶۲)
Then they His servants are returned to Allah, their true Lord. Unquestionably, His is the judgement, and He is the swiftest of accountants(6:62)
In this verse Allah(swt) chooses the word (اسرع) Means the swiftest.
Not swift or swifter but the swiftest. So, for Allah(swt) time is zero cause he is the absolute in speed, it means time is not passing for him. Or in other wards time is the creature of Allah(swt), and it is impossible for the creator to be bounded by his creature. It is we who feel the passage of time becouse we are bounded by time.
So, the wards (before, now or after) are all concerned with time and when there is no passage of time for Allah(swt) then there is no before or after for him. That’s why we cannot say “What was Allah(swt) doing before creation?”

در 6ژوئن 1954 ادواردو آنیلی در خانواده ای بسیار ثروتمند ملقب به پادشاه ایتالیا (صاحب 7کارخانه اتومبیل سازی و باشگاه فوتبال یوونتوس، باشگاه اتومبیل رانی فِراری و...) و  به دنیا آمد. پدرش سناتور جی یو وانی آنیلی، ایتالیایی و مادرش زنی یهودی تبار بود. هیچکس نمی دانست بینش و بصیرت این نوزاد او را روزی از دیار غیر اسلام به سمت مذهب شیعه می کشاند. او دکتری خود را در رشته ی فلسفه ی ادیان و تمدن شرق از دانشگاه پرینستون ایالت متحده اخذ کرد. بیست ساله بود که بر حسب اتفاق در کتابخانه، چشمش به قرآن کریم افتاد. با ذهنیتی پر از پرسش ترجمه اش را مطالعه کرد. در آن متوجه آسمانی بودن این کتاب شد. بعد از این قضیه بود که ادواردو به یک مرکز اسلامی در نیویورک رفت. در آنجا درخواستش را برای مسلمان شدن ارائه نمود و نام هشام عزیز را برای خود انتخاب کرد. اولین آشنایی او با تشیع و انقلاب اسلامی از طریق یکی از مصاحبه های دکتر محمد حسن قدیری ابیانه، رایزن مطبوعاتی سفارت ایران در ایتالیا بود.
او پس از گرویدن به مذهب تشیع نام مهدی را انتخاب کرد. مهدی چندین بار به ایران سفر کرد. دیدار با امام خمینی (ره) در فروردین ماه سال 1360 نقطه ی عطفی در زندگی وی بود. مهدی آنیلی در حمایت از مظلومان، جنایات صهیونیست ها را محکوم می کرد. او برای دفاع از مردم مظلوم فلسطین حتی با نخست وزیر ایتالیا تماس تلفنی می گرفت. بیداری اسلامی در فردی با چنین خانواده ای که از نظر ثروت و نفوذ سیاسی جزء ضرب المثلهای جهان بود برای یهود و صهیونیسم گران تمام می شد. به طوری که او مرگ خود را پیش بینی می کرد. مهدی آنیلی می دانست که آنها او را به خاطر اسلام آوردنش خواهند کشت. سرانجام در ماجرای ساختگی جسد او در کنار رودخانه زیر پل رومانو پیدا شد. صهیونیست ها نمی خواستند او الگوی زنده ای برای حقیقت روشن اسلام باشد. بنابراین او را کشتند تا بمیرد اما غافل از آنکه شهید تا ابد زنده است.

After this, Eduardo went to an Islamic center in New York. There, he presented his request for Muslims and chose the name of Hesham Aziz for himself. His first acquaintance with the Shiism and Islamic Revolution was one of the interviews of Dr. Mohammad Hassan Ghadiri Abyaneh, the press correspondent of the Iranian embassy in Italy. After turning to the Shia religion, he chose the name Mahdi. Mahdi traveled to Iran several times. Meeting with Imam Khomeini in the year 1360 was the turning point in his life. Mehdi Agnelli condemned the Zionist crimes in support of the oppressed. He was in contact with the Italian Prime Minister to defend the oppressed Palestinian people. Islamic awakening was persecutor to Jews and Zionists in a person with such a family who, in terms of wealth and political influence, was one of the proverbs of the world. So that he predicted his death. Mahdi Agnelli knew that they would kill him for the sake of Islam. Finally, in a fictional story, his body found along the river under the Romanno Bridge. The Zionists did not want him to be a living pattern for the clear truth of Islam. So they killed him to die, but unaware that the martyr is alive forever.

حدیث سلسلة الذهب:
در سفر حضرت رضا علیه السلام به خراسان، کجاوه‌ی امام وارد نیشابور شد و در  حال عبور از بازار بود که دو نفر از راویان احادیث به نام‌های «ابوذرعه» و «محمد بن اسلم طوسی» جلو آمدند و به امام عرض کردند:«ای امام و فرزند امامان، حدیثی از جد بزرگوارت را برای ما بگو!» 
امام دستور داد کجاوه را متوقف کنند. سپس سایبان را کنار زد و چشم مسلمانان به جمال نورانیش منور شد. 
بیست و چهار هزار قلم و دوات آماده شد تا حدیث امام را بنویسند. این حدیث شریف بعدها به «حدیث سلسلة الذهب»
امام رضا علیه السلام این چنین آغاز کرد:« پدرم، موسی بن جعفر الکاظم، برای من روایت کرد از قول پدرش، جعفر بن محمد الصادق، از قول پدرش، محمد بن الباقر، از قول پدرش، علی بن الحسین زین العابدین، از قول پدرش، حسین بن علیکه در سرزمین کربلا شهید شد، از قول پدرش، امیرالمؤمنین علی بن ابیطالب که درکوفه شهید شد، از قول برادر و پسر عمویش، محمد رسول الله صلی الله علیه و آله و سلم، از قول جبرئیل، که خداوند فرمود:« کلمه لا اله الا الله حصنی فمن قالها دخل حصنی و من دخل حصنی امن من عذابی» 
(کلمه توحید (لا اله الا الله) دژ و حصار محکم من است. هر کس آن را بگوید، داخل حصار من شده و هر کس داخل قلعه و حصار من شود، از عذاب من در امان است.) 
در این هنگام کجاوه امام به راه افتاد.
ولی امام اشاره کرد کجاوه را نگه دارند و ندا کرد:« بشرطها و انا من شروطها » 
(اما در صورتی که به شرط‌های آن عمل شود، و من یکی از آن شرط‌ها هستم.)

Hadis-e-Silsila-Tuz-Zahab:
Imam Ali Raza (as) once passed from the city of Nisha Pur on his way to Toos. The Caliph Mamun Rashid had summoned the Imam with the intention of getting him killed. Nisha pur was the centre of knowledge, jurisprudence, theology and hadith those days, so some of the famous hadith collectors came out to see the son of the Prophet, they entreated the Imam to come out of his caravan and narrate for them a hadith of the Holy Prophet, which they could write down and remember, they took the chance of meeting the son of the Holy Prophet(saw) as a blessing.
After much insistence the Imam(as) showed the light of his face and narrated a tradition known as Hadis-e-Silsila-Tuz-Zahab. In Arabic, “Zahab” means gold. And this hadith is named “The Hadith with the Chain of Gold” because all the narrators in the chain of this hadith are infallibles.
The Imam said “My father Musa Al Kazim heard from his father Jaffar us Sadiq.. who heard from his father Muhammad Al-Baqir, who narrated from his father Zain-ul-Abideen who narrated from his father Sayyed us Shuhada Imam Hussein(as) who narrated from Amir ul Momineen Imam Ali(as) that Rasool Allah said “Gibrael said to me that Allah says .. My kalima La illaha il lallah is my fort.. whoever says it enters my fort.. and whoever enters my fort shall be safe”
The Imam paused for a while, then said the famous words:
But there are certain conditions for this, and I am one of the conditions.
Meaning that in the time of the Prophet saying that you believed in God and his Prophet was enough to enter Allah’s fort and find amaan, now it was not, the acceptance of Wilayat had become a necessary element for the completion of faith.
