Depending on the current version of the app you are running, it may update the app or install a separate one, which will be named "HDP2024"
Dear customers, we are having some server problems at this time, specifically with the VOD and catch-up system, this may be unavailable for an hour or so

Due to a power failure in our area, we are running in limited capacity and some channels are unavailable.
Our battery backups should hold about an hour more, if the electricity does not come back, channels and movies/series will be unavailable

Due to technical issues with the payment provider, we will not be able to accept TrueMoney payments for the foreseeable future

We would like to apologize for the last few weeks' worth of problems. There are a few points to cover:

1) Sadly, we will no longer be able to accept TrueMoney as a payment option. If you have some remaining TrueMoney cards that you would like to use in our system, please send us the codes either by Telegram (@hdprime) or email (contact@hdprime.tv)
2) We have added a new QR payment option, for use with Thai banking apps. It's very easy and convenient nowadays, and the process is fully automatic.
3) We think to have resolved most of the issues with TV streams freezing regularly

To make up for this, we have added 7 days of all packages to all active customers.

We currently have a large backlog of emails and messages that we will clear ASAP, apologies if it takes a while to get back to you.

We are undergoing an electrical failure in our area. We have enough battery backup for about 2 hours, but if it takes longer than that, we will lose the international channels.

Our QR payment provider has been having some technical difficulties in the last few days. If you are not able to make a payment, please get in touch for our bank details to make a direct deposit

In the past month or so since the football season started, there has been increased coordinated international action against IPTV services like ours. This has caused several of our more reliable UK channel sources to be taken down, and locally, internet providers such as AIS and 3BB (who are also official broadcasters for the EPL and others) have applied network manipulation techniques to restrict or block access to streaming servers, especially during major matches on Saturdays and Sundays. This also affects other contents streaming at those times like golf, F1, tennis, movies...
We have no intentions to stop our service, but want our customers to be aware of the situation. We are working tirelessly to counter these network restrictions, but there are limits to what we can do.

That being said, we completely understand your frustration, and we are happy to cancel and refund any remaining package time if the service is unacceptable to you. Please note we can only refund to Thai bank accounts, we are looking for another solution for Wise users.

Otherwise, be assured that we are always working on these resolving issues and appreciate your patience and understanding
