The problem with US-OpenVZ-2 happens because some OS is not available, most of the problem happens with Ubuntu, we just re-uploaded the OS, if your vps has no connection then try to reinstall and wait few minutes for it to boot.

Important about the HAX US-2 issue.


Since too many issues occurred at this location, we will reformat and reinstall the whole system on US-2 because the issue is only with our system. Hardware no problem.

During this process, you can't do anything to your VPS, but once the reinstall is complete, users who have vps in this location will have to create vps again.

Again, some of the new vps have no connection.
We don't know what happened, so we will replace this server with a new server and new ip address.
previous US-2 will online until February 17, 2023

The name of the new location is US-3 and it will be open to everyone.
ETA: 4-8 hours from now.
