Connectivity Issues with Woiden and HAX US-1 Server

We would like to bring your attention to an ongoing connectivity issue affecting both the Woiden and US-1 servers. Currently, there is no connection to any Virtual Private Servers (VPS) due to an elevated number of Docker instances. Consequently, we have implemented restrictions on Docker usage to address this issue.

Woiden VPS is working again

The last docker issue on Woiden causing server crash, we have to reinstall OS and removed all data. Now woiden VPS is working again but everyone need to create new VPS.

We have added delay every 10 minutes when creating VPS to avoid the same conflict happen in the future, only 10 VPS/10 minutes then you have to wait before can create new VPS.

Moved Woiden servers to HAX US-1

Recently we discovered an ipv6 connection issue on Woiden, the cause is unknown either from the upstream provider or the Woiden system, therefore, we moved the Woiden server to HAX to investigate this issue

We will slowly open the quota until 400 vps like other servers, please don't store important data yet because the server could crash at any time.

if this location reaches 400 vps without any issue then we keep the server here without any changes.

IPv6 connectivity on this server is experiencing problems from our Upstream so there is nothing we can do to fix it, we will replace the server very soon. all VPS in this location will be deleted immediately. Thank You

We found the cause of the error on EU-1 and have fixed it, let's give it a try this weekend. If it is stable then we continue without changes.

Disk Replacement Schedule (HAX EU-1 and Woiden Server)

Due to critical disk health issues, we will be replacing the disks on HAX EU-1 and Woiden Server.
Please ensure that you back up your data before April 24, 2025, as the replacement process will begin on April 25, 2025. (GMT +7)

After the disk replacement, previous users will have priority access to recreate their instances for 3 days. Once this period ends, the servers will be reopened for public use.
