📱Agreement
By using any of the channels I operate under, you acknowledge and agree to all of these Terms of Service.

💳 Buyer’s Responsibility
If you are not paying for my securement service and the account gets pullbacked, lost, or compromised, the responsibility will be placed on the buyer. It is your responsibility to verify that everything from the seller’s end is legitimate and provided as promised. Failure to do so will be your responsibility.

📊Seller’s Responsibility
As a seller, it is your responsibility to ensure that the account you are selling is fully safe and legitimate. Any actions taken before the account was sold that may negatively affect the account remain the seller’s responsibility. If those actions cause the account to be harmed, the seller will be held responsible.

✅Account Responsibility
When purchasing an account, it is entirely the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the account is safe, legitimate, and comes with everything that was promised before completing the deal.

👛MM Service
Funds will only be released once both the buyer and seller have confirmed that the deal is good to release. No matter the situation, both parties must confirm before funds are released.
🔎 Account Securement
Failure to properly secure an account after purchase, resulting in the account being stolen, lost, terminated, or otherwise harmed, will be the buyer’s responsibility. It is your responsibility to fully secure the account and verify the OGE and legitimacy of the account.
✌️ Pullback Testing
When performing pullback testing on an OGE, any action that results in the account being terminated, damaged, or otherwise harmed will be the buyer’s responsibility.
🔥 Proxied Accounts
For proxied accounts, I take no responsibility or liability if the account gets pullbacked, harmed, terminated, or anything else occurs that results in you losing your funds or receiving no product. I proxy accounts strictly at the request of the users and accept no liability for issues that may occur.

💰Proxy Fees
If either the buyer or seller decides to cancel an ongoing deal, the proxy fee is non-refundable. The proxy fee will still be owed to me even if the buyer does not receive the account. This is to compensate for the time and work spent on the deal.

🪙 Securement Fees
After I secure an account, you will receive a lifetime pullback warranty for that specific email. Securement fees are non-refundable. If I successfully secure an account and the seller later decides to cancel the deal, the securement fee will not be refunded and will still be owed to me.
