Dear Valued Customers,

As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize our wallet infrastructure and ensure the best liquidity and security standards, Hata will be updating the supported blockchain networks for selected digital assets impacting both Hata Malaysia and Hata Global.

Please review the changes below carefully to avoid any loss of assets.

1. Network Migrations (Chain Swaps)
The following assets will be migrated to new supported networks. Deposits via the old networks will cease to be supported after 12 February 2026, 11AM.

CYBER: Changing from BSC (BEP-20) ➑️ ERC-20 (Ethereum)
FIL: Changing from BSC (BEP-20) ➑️ Filecoin Native Mainnet
INJ: Changing from BSC (BEP-20) ➑️ ERC-20 (Ethereum)
VIRTUAL: Changing from ERC-20 (Ethereum) ➑️ Solana (SOL)

2. Discontinuation of BSC (BEP-20) Support
We will be delisting the BSC (Binance Smart Chain / BEP-20) network for the following assets. Please ensure you use the remaining supported networks (e.g., ERC-20) for future deposits.

➑️LINK (Chainlink)
➑️UNI (Uniswap)
➑️BAT (Basic Attention Token)

3. Important Action Items
β€’ Do not deposit using the old/delisted networks after the effective date. Funds sent via unsupported networks may be lost and unrecoverable.
