I generally don't share these however there is something which I have learnt from my mother in life - be generous to everyone you never know how much time we have in our lives
There is a sabji wali didi who feels so connected with my mother that she comes even during these difficult times ! And becomes very happy seeing my maa
Why, recently I found out !
Maa always treat her like a younger sister..she always provides pen pencil rubber sharpener , copies , markers and so many stuffs that are there in home after we came back from Mumbai to her for her children.
My mother always cook for the mistri that comes to our house for any repair work/ wooden work and he/ she is treated like a family member
My parents always treat my driver, guard and all my staff's with deepest respect and gratitude that they are the ones who are enabling their son in performance of his duties on a daily basis.
Whenever they visit my home, they are first provided with food and then only we eat.
I truly learn the sense of treating people without any expectations from my parents on a daily basis
And this is how I feel motivated in life
And the best part- this is what they used to do in past and now even ! Nothing has changed in their behaviour
I feel these small things create a lot of peace, satisfaction and gratitude in me on a daily basis towards God
These are simple things and these are very important.
Writing on paper and essays about dignity of people is meaningless if not implemented....
And maa never wrote any essay, still she understood how is the paper of life evaluated by God!
This is true for most of our parents ! The key is are we observing it and learning from it !
I always feel two movies - Baghbaan and Avtar ( Rajesh Khanna) one very very contemporary and always cry watching them and just pro-actively make sure that I would always be the same for them and will be for them and with them in all the happiness and sadness of life
We all are nothing without our parents blessings and support. Not all of us have that blessings even in life !
Be thankful to God for what you have got and please please please exam nikalo ya nahi nikalo....unke liye time jarur nikalo🙏🙏🙏

I teach because I love to teach. I teach because I know the pain of underprivileged kids of Dharavi whom we used to teach
I teach because when these results and nothing had come, I used to teach and this and the RBI group helped me and my friends to pay the school fees of those kids! I teach to maintain the trust so many of you had on me for that school fees payment...for that shoes for the school kids..for sending me seeds for planting in rural areas...for sending chappals , books to be distributed to the needy..
I teach because some one taught me this teaching that
Even if 1 person in this world feels happy with your existence and feels benefitted from you from the core of their 💓 , you can die peacefully with a positive scorecard provided you have not hurt anyone from your existence !
Rest everything is role play in life ...till school we had some roles, then in college and then in company and then now...roles will be there ...but then you can't just live life complaining about work and roles !
I used to teach IIT Kanpur kids for placement for 4 years before teaching you all for RBI and UPSC...
I used to teach myself in my office for hours everyday after 11 pm till 3-4 in morning .
Writing on board then playing role of teacher first for CFA then shortly for RBI and mostly for my office stuffs ! And then for UPSC
I had learnt the hard way in office from being defined as the bottom 20% of the batch by my senior to being the outstanding employee for the last 2 years..
I have cried a lot all alone yet understood crying never helps ! Then I got someone who taught me office stuffs ...and then I became what I am ...and the best reward was I became better than my teacher in office and my teacher felt so proud of me
I taught my juniors in office and now I teach you all to become better than me
I taught in academy to my batchmates in courses where they faced issues like management , stats, finance, economics, I taught in IIT to to my friends
Teaching is like a lifeline to me..it keeps me motivated for a better tomorrow and I believe in democratization of education.
I believe in teach to reach and not just rich! And teach to enrich
Promise me to give your 100% and I want all of you to become better versions of yourself in life..think we can actually make this place better..we are educated..padhai isliye to kiye they Naa Bachpan se sochke ki kuch achha Kiya jayega...yahi sikhaya jata tha Naa..so let's just try to implement in every single possible way...let us together make differences in life of atleast 1 soul !

1) Keeping Toffees for people who come to meet me
2) No plastic use ( carrying my own bottle)
3) Birthday cake cutting for employees in office
4) 1098 child helpline aggressive campaign
5) Campaign against Tobacco use
6) Helmet and seat belt usage and fining rash driving particularly
7) Minimizing paper usage and wasting by making everyone use other side of paper as well while printing
One of the pics is very special...while we think people on the other side of law don't care of law and break it easily and get away with it, we saw a Police constable wearing mask and helmet while going to workplace ! It really made me feel very happy. While we levied fine on rule breakers, we gifted people obeying it with some special gifts :)
