Hello? Is this channel alive?? I'm not dead, btw!

Slowly solving problem with my free time, finally got some hours to develop HandyGram.

I've finished the core architecture, authorization, proxies, settings and now working on basic Telegram functionality.

Also trying to solve problems caused by background threads not being killed together with UI thread. It'd solve some odd bugs like infinite 'Connecting...' screen.

TL;DR: Development continues, but slowly, because of lack of my free time. Trying my best to develop HandyGram at least on weekends.

Also, to make you not think that I'm dead sometimes, I've made a channel with my development log with a lot of technical details and self-criticism. I'm not a Dart Senior Recognized Developer working at Google, so I sometimes think that I've made a huge piece of shitcode. At these moments, I'll make posts to this channel! I do not promise that I'll maintain this channel very actively, btw.

Looking forward to see some Dart devs interested in HandyGram here.

Hello, guys! Caught myself on rushing everything to release project as fast as possible. That's not really good. Got a lot of motivation for some reason.
Anyway, I'd like to announce you a new periodical progress report here.
New HandyGram has already a 10k lines of code now, but the app isn't even close to be ready for production yet. So, to keep you up to date with development progress, I announce not only development log, but also monthly progress report.

What had been done in HandyGram in March:
🔥 SOUIC had made a great design, following the most of Google's WearOS guidelines
👀 Implemented full UI kit from SOUIC's design
🔔 Halfway to implement notifications support
🔨 Implemented a lot of internal stuff for TDLib
🔨 Implemented first setup, fully finished proxies UI
🔨 Implemented chat list, folders, halfway to finish settings
🌐 Created Crowdin project for translations
⭐ Some other small things

P.S. Source code for app will be published when the first beta release would be ready to be published. Handy TDLib package's source code is already published and being actively maintained.

🤠 Brand new HandyGram 3.0 video review

Hello, everyone! Unfortunately, I have almost nothing to introduce you this month - I've been studying at most times, it's the middle of spring, anyway. I hope I'll get more free time after the middle of May, when the most of tests would have already been ended.

I've only almost finished notifications and started to work on chat page. Planning to implement it better that it was before - with jumps to the messages the replies were sent to, without list "jumping" on new messages, with forums support and comments support in channels.

I'm sorry for that small amount of progress this month, and stay tuned.

Hello. Alpha testing would be going in @handygram_devlog channel. I'll upload only stable builds here, which won't be ready soon imo.

You may get the first alpha of the new HandyGram from devlog channel. But, please, read the disclaimer before installation - you may want now to stay on the legacy one till the first stable build comes out.
