Hiring - Technical Call Center Executive (Arabic)

Job Description :-

·        Answer complaints received
·        Log all complaints in Smart Vision managed services portal
·        Assign jobs to engineers through the portal
·        Monitor the status of the kiosks on the monitoring systems
·        Monitor engineers movement
·        Priorities service calls for engineers
·        Manage parts delivery and logistics related to the services provided
·        Manage parts stock count
·        Provide administrative support to engineers on sites
Update the daily activities, Call details in our internal application (SOM – Smart Operations Management) on time to time basis.
