Title: Project Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 06 months extendable
Accountabilities:
• 10+ Years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 5 years in Banking IT experience is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in project/people management and implementation using Agile Methodologies.
• Expert in Scrum / Agile project management methodology.
• Effectively applies scrum \ agile project management methodology.
• Minimum two end-to-end project implementations in Microsoft Dynamic. Experience in handling Design, Development, and testing teams.
• Candidate should be Techno Functional and ability to engage with cross-functional teams, problem-solving and good negotiation skills
• Must have experience in Scope, Time, and Budget management
• Hands-on experience as Project Manager - handling various phases of the project - Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, and Closure. Able to handle at least 3 projects at a time.
• Hands-on experience in using Microsoft Project (MPP).
• Must have strong verbal and written communication with proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Known for delivering high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.
• Creates and executes project work plan along with the team and closely monitoring the deliverables.
• Responsibility for appropriately revising the plan to meet changing needs or requirements.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project. Resolve any challenges of projects to enable the teams to deliver on time.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by the team.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Provides a report on the status of the project under execution, challenges, risk, and mitigation plan.
• PMP, or equivalent
Must have:
• Agile Delivery experience – minimum 5 years (separate interview on Agile skillsets & knowledge will be part of the process)
• 10+ years technology experience,
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics projects
• Strong Technical knowledge (separate interview on Technical knowledge will be part of the process)
• Strong communication skills.
Advantageous:
• Experience of Adobe Campaign Classic
• Experience working with Marketing teams

Accountant - Collections Officer
Job Role:
To manage the assigned area of receivables & collections. Working closely with the Line Manager and relevant departments on Collections and transactions follow the Company’s policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and financial and accounting reporting standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Performance & Process improvement to make sure that the clients' Statement of Accounts reflects the true picture of transactions between parties.
The client's Receipts are to be recorded and applied on a daily basis to keep receivables aging clean by performing all required adjustments.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly Collection and AR Aging reports and updates, as agreed with the management.
Make sure that all GLs related to Receivables/Collection are fully reconciled and matched with module balances.
Visiting clients to follow up on monthly basis, as per management guidelines.
Preparation of monthly reconciliation for clients.
Maintaining Collections and Checks Trackers.
Preparing Collection forecast.
Internal Controls and Compliance
Full compliance with agreed policies & procedures, internal control measures, and regulatory requirements.
To provide support for internal and external audit requirements and closure of observation in time Working Capital
Improve working capital and AR valuation.
Continuously monitor, reconcile, and follow-up on outstanding receivables.
Clear old outstanding receivables & support problem-solving.
DSO to be monitored and achieved as per agreement with management.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
2-4 years of accounting experience with a minimum of 3-4 years experience in AR & Collections.
Experience working in the Engineering Services industry such as Construction or Facilities Management will be preferable.
Job-specific skills :
Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic.
Good Analytical skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with ERP, preferable Microsoft Navision.
