Hong Kong Police to Arrest At least 7 Lawmakers

At 22:15, lawmaker Eddie Chu is arrested right outside the building where he lives. According to report, he was arrested for violating Article 19 of the Legislative Council (Powers and Privileges) Ordinance on the Bills Committee on Fugitive Offenders and Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Legislation (Amendment) Bill hosted by Abraham Shek.

Other pro-democracy councilors including Au Nok Hin, Raymond Chan, Lam Cheuk-Ting, Leung Yiu-Chung, Gary Fan and Kwok Ka-ki are contacted by the police to arrange an arrest for protesting at the Bills Committee in the Legislative Council (LegCo).
