Victims of the 721 Yuen Long Attacks Still Suffer from Side-effects
A large number of civilians were injured during July 21 Yuen Long mob attack. One of the passengers on train, a teenager, planned to treat the injured with his first-aid knowledge. However, he was attacked by the rampaging mob in white T-shirts at his hindbrain. He was then diagnosed with Postconcussion Syndrome and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). He still suffered from persistent headache five months after the attack. Another young girl was still suffering from memory loss after losing her consciousness when her face a the pillar during under arrest.
