Anti-Epidemic Measure Extended to Movie Industry: Letter of No Objection Required for Filming
On 13 April 2020, the Hong Kong SAR government addressed the new guideline regarding gathering limit of outdoor filming to the film, television and advertising industry.
A film crew of more than 4 people has to apply for the “Letter of No Objection” from the Film Services Office (FSO) and obtain consents from relevant authorities, e.g. the Hong Kong Police and the Transport Department under the new regulation.
