Terror Attacks On the Eve of Lockdown

The President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen called for solidarity in face of the terrorist attack in Vienna on the evening of Nov 2, 2020.

According to Guardians, there were shootings in 6 locations and at least 2 deaths in the city.
