In the Q&A session, a reporter, referring to the domination of pro-Beijing camp in the Legislativec Council (LegCo), asked, "Would the HKSAR government be ashamed of the fast-paced passing of controversial motions like extra-territorial voting and land reclamation project "Lantau Tomorrow Vision"?
Carrie Lam answered, "[There is] nothing to be ashamed of... We'll be exceedingly excited if the LegCo passes them as soon as they can."
