Liberate Hong Kong - The Hundredth Day Declaration
Our Resolute Fight for Universal Suffrage and Battle against State Violence
- What began as the anti-extradition law movement has lasted over 100 days at this point, and it is unclear how events will unfold. We believe it is necessary to once again emphasize to the general public the necessity of ā€˜Containing Violence through Forceā€™, and to reiterate our call for ā€˜Genuine Universal Suffrageā€™.
- As all lawful, peaceful means of protest have proven futile, civil disobedience with stronger force and resistance to counter the actions of the tyrannical government and their aggressive allies have become inevitable.
- We have no choice but to "contain violence by the use of force" with two basic objectives. First, as a reasonable act of self-defense to protect ourselves, our companions and other civilians, from random acts of abuse. Second, for the sake of ensuring the safety of all, to deter potential perpetrators from harming members of the public.
- The current withdrawal of the Bill will not mend the rift caused by the corrupted system. We refuse a patchwork remedy: ā€œFive Demands, Not One Lessā€! The implementation of genuine universal suffrage, is of utmost importance.

"The Outcry of 130 Thousand: Immediate Reforms for the Hong Kong Police Force"
- The 14th Citizensā€™ Press Conference called a press conference entitled ā€œThe Outcry of the 130 Thousand: Immediate Reform of the Hong Kong Police Forceā€. The CPC has conducted three surveys on 18th and 31st of August and the 8th of September. The first two of these three surveys received over thirty seven thousand and twenty seven thousand responses respectively, and the most recent poll on the 8th of September incident, received almost one hundred and thirty eight thousand responses within just 24 hours.
- Survey results indicated that protestersā€™ core value has not changed. Despite Carrie Lamā€™s formal withdrawal of the extradition bill on 4th September, Hongkongers persist in their appeal for the HK government to meet the other 4 core demands before the unrest will halt. The stature of the HKPF amongst Hongkongers is at its nadir. In order to rebuild the trust between the people and the police, HKFP will have to be completely dissolved and rebuilt.
- The surveys also demonstrate that more and more Hong Kongers are no longer content to stay silent. The increased demands reflect a rise in the resolve of the protesters. The longer the movement persists, the more determined the people have become.

The Hong Kong Protestorsā€™ Letter to the Free World
- CCPā€™s exploitation of the very idea of ā€œChinaā€ to hoodwink Chinese all over the world into supporting its designs is unprecedented.
- As the last bastion of freedom in China, Hong Kong has refused to submit to this corrupt totalitarian regime. Hong Kong is the firewall between China and the free world. If this ā€œnew West Berlinā€ falls, China will be able to descend upon the gate of the free world, a portal it has waited seventy years to breach.
- Hong Kong believes in freedom and democracy, in universal values which traverse all races, and in essential human decency. We call for the world to join us in this battle.

Police respond to the police shooting with live rounds at Sai Wan Ho and targetting with firearms at Tung Chung and Shatin this morning. Police describe that "during Police operations, one Police officer has discharged his service revolver, and one person was shot."

Police also claims that unlike the online rumours, police management did not order frontline officers to deploy firearms as they wish: "Police clarifies that this allegation is totally false and malicious. Police has strict guidelines and orders regarding the use of firearms. All Police officers are required to justify their enforcement actions."

Hong Kong SAR Government
accused legislators and political figures of "spreading of untrue claims overseas"

The Hong Kong SAR government issued press release on December 6 to condemn unnamed legislators and political figures for urging "foreign governments or legislatures to interfere with the affairs of the HKSAR".

Meanwhile, the Hong Kong SAR Government is found repeating itself in the press releases issued on November 14 and December 6, both praising the practice of "one country two systems" in Hong Kong while condemning the world's attention to the human rights crisis in Hong Kong.

In addition, it is worrying that the Hong Kong SAR Government has been appying very similar speech pattern as Beijing does: "foreign legislatures should not interfere in any form in the internal affairs of the HKSAR".

United States Attorney General Releases Statement Condemning the Arrests of Pro-Democracy Activists in Hong Kong

Attorney General William P. Barr issued the following statement:

"I condemn the latest assault on the rule of law and the liberty of the people of Hong Kong.  These events show how antithetical the values of the Chinese Communist Party are to those we share in Western liberal democracies.

These actions ā€” along with its malign influence activity and industrial espionage here in the United States ā€” demonstrate once again that the Chinese Communist Party cannot be trusted."
